Praise the Lord:
I 'm so blessed, and at the same time humbled that Jesus would choose me to lead Calvary Apostolic Church. I've often wondered what the mother of Moses saw in her tiny son, for her to say, he was a goodly child, then hid him, to keep him safe. All the while, not knowing the ark of bulrushes, would carry him to a place where he would be used as a leader later in life.
I want to encourage someone who has a calling on their life and afraid to step out, to tell you, it doesn't matter if you're drawn from the waters as Moses was, or born poor and looked down upon, the Lord has a plan for your life. Even in the pasture tending sheep as David was, when the prophet came to his father's house looking for a king, the Lord was looking for someone after his own heart. When Jesus calls you out of the pasture, he's trying to set you up in a palace, so don't fight it. Be like the child Samuel and say,
"Speak Lord For Your Servant Heareth"
